Amy Oliver, MBA, BScPh, PMP, CLC
Founder + CEO

  • Amy Oliver is a respected business advisor and the founder and CEO of Amy Oliver + Co, where she provides strategic advisory services and executive coaching to practice owners, health leaders, academics, and purpose-led organizations in healthcare and community services.

    Through her work, Amy has coached and advised hundreds of leaders and practice owners, helping them grow their leadership capacity, enhance team and business performance, and navigate complex operational and organizational challenges. She’s known for translating ideas and evidence into practical, clear strategies that health professionals can confidently implement in the real world. Amy is especially committed to advancing women in leadership and equipping health leaders with the skills to create lasting, positive impact across their teams, organizations, and communities.

    She is the creator of the Healthy Business series, the Womentum leadership program, and The Stack, an online platform built to help health professionals strengthen and sustain their practices.

    Amy holds a pharmacy degree and an MBA with dual concentrations in Organizational Leadership and Health Administration. She is a Certified Leadership Coach, a globally certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds additional certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Advanced Strategic Management and Leadership. Amy teaches in the MBA program at the Asper School of Business, is a sought-after keynote speaker, and a member of the Speakers Bureau of Canada.

    Her work with healthcare leaders has helped shape stronger, more sustainable practices across Canada. Beyond the health sector, Amy is internationally recognized for her research and advocacy on gender and entrepreneurship. She is an alumna of the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference and has received multiple awards for her leadership and impact. Whether working with local teams or contributing to national and global conversations, Amy brings a grounded, forward-thinking perspective to every space she’s in.

Heather Perfanick, BA
Chief Operating Officer

  • As Chief Operating Officer at Amy Oliver + Co., Heather Perfanick is the driving force behind our internal operations and business infrastructure. With oversight of everything from financial systems and property management to team onboarding and organizational policies, Heather ensures the foundation of our company is strong, strategic, and scalable.

    Heather’s leadership keeps our remote and in-person operations running smoothly, enabling our team to stay focused on high-impact work. She leads the development and refinement of internal systems, supports team integration, and manages key operational processes that allow our growing company to run with clarity and cohesion.

    With her deep understanding of both people and process, Heather brings a rare blend of relational intelligence and operational excellence. Her steady leadership, big-picture thinking, and ability to turn ideas into action are instrumental in shaping how we work, grow, and deliver lasting value to our clients.

Robin Oliver, MBA, BScPH, RPh
Vice President, Healthcare Sustainability & Creative Solutions

  • Robin brings more than a decade of expertise in retail pharmacy operations, paired with a strong background in curriculum development and teaching at the post-secondary level. With an MBA in Sustainability from the Asper School of Business, he is focused on advancing healthcare sustainability, strategy, and operations.

    As a licensed pharmacist, Robin understands the realities of frontline care and the importance of building systems that are both practical and resilient. He applies a blend of strategic insight and change management to help organizations strengthen their operations while keeping people and communities at the centre.

    Alongside his healthcare work, Robin leads our Creative Projects portfolio, where his ability to combine strategy with innovation brings fresh, purposeful ideas to life. His diverse skill set and grounded leadership style make him a trusted advisor for organizations seeking sustainable solutions and meaningful change.

Jen Hamilton, BA
Director of Recruitment & Talent Innovation

  • Jen Hamilton is a Human Resources Professional with specialized experience in recruitment, talent development, employer branding, social media and relationship management.

    She brings over 15 years of diverse recruitment experience having worked in the financial, retail, pharmacy, and healthcare sectors, both on a national and provincial level. Her experience has taken her across Canada and the US hosting post secondary institution events and seminars, and speaking on HR Leadership panels.

    Jen is passionate about helping her clients find their next great hire and prides herself on supporting her clients through every step of the recruitment process.

    She holds a BA from the University of Victoria, and a HR Certificate with Distinction from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Having an interest in mental health, Jen also recently obtained her Mental Health First Aid Certificate from the Canadian Mental Health Association of Canada.

Breanne Pathuis, BA
Director of Communications

  • Breanne is our Director of Communications, and the person who helps our clients define who they are, how they communicate, and how their work is understood both inside and outside their organizations.

    She leads the development of clear, cohesive, and values-driven narratives, supporting organizations in articulating what they stand for and how that shows up in their day-to-day communication. Breanne ensures that messaging is not only consistent, but also meaningful and aligned with each organization’s purpose.

    A key part of her role is strengthening how teams communicate internally. She designs communication systems, frameworks, and processes that improve clarity, reduce friction, and help teams stay connected and aligned. By identifying gaps and creating practical solutions, Breanne supports organizations in building stronger, more functional communication habits. She also leads communication strategy for key initiatives, helping clients shape messaging that resonates with both internal teams and external audiences. Working closely with design and content leads, she ensures ideas are brought to life in a way that is clear, thoughtful, and impactful.

    Through storytelling and content development, Breanne helps translate complex or sensitive topics into messaging that is accessible and grounded. Her work builds connection, reinforces identity, and supports long-term organizational growth.

    Known for her ability to balance big-picture thinking with structured systems, Breanne plays a central role in helping organizations communicate with greater clarity, alignment, and intention.

Rachel Tadeuszow
Director of Client Experience

  • Rachel is our Director of Client Experience & Community, and the person who ensures every client feels supported, seen, and set up for success from the moment they begin working with us.

    She leads the overall client experience at AOco, owning the day-to-day coordination, communication, and behind-the-scenes details that keep everything running seamlessly. Working closely with our advisory team, Rachel ensures that every engagement feels thoughtful, organized, and aligned with what our clients need most.

    Rachel also leads our personal branding work, supporting clients in how they show up professionally. From executive bios and custom portfolios to coordinating with designers, photographers, and our marketing team, she brings clarity, creativity, and consistency to every detail. Her ability to translate someone’s work and voice into something tangible and polished is a standout part of the experience we offer.

    Beyond individual client work, Rachel plays a key role in building and supporting our communities, including The Circle. She helps create spaces where connection feels natural, conversations feel real, and people can show up as themselves. Internally, Rachel is a steady and trusted presence for our team. She supports onboarding and training for new team members, helping them get comfortable with our systems and how we work, while maintaining the high standard of care and detail AOco is known for.

    She is also leading our local engagement and growth in the Winnipeg market, building relationships, supporting events, and strengthening our presence within the community.

    Known for her calm, can-do approach and her ability to bring both structure and warmth to everything she touches, Rachel is at the centre of how we deliver our work and how our clients experience it.

McKenna Gair
Graphic Designer & Digital Brand Lead

  • McKenna is our Graphic Designer & Digital Brand Lead, and the person behind how our clients show up visually across everything they do.

    She leads the design and execution of all visual work across AOco’s client portfolio, ensuring every piece feels cohesive, intentional, and aligned with each client’s brand. From social media content and presentations to clinic materials and brand systems, McKenna brings clarity, consistency, and a high standard of design to every detail.

    Working closely with our advisory and content teams, she translates complex ideas, including clinical and strategic concepts, into visuals that are clear, professional, and easy to engage with. Her work ensures that what our clients are saying is not only understood, but also felt. McKenna also plays a key role in shaping and refining brand identities. She leads the development of brand kits, templates, and visual systems that make content creation more efficient while maintaining a polished and consistent look across platforms.

    As our work continues to grow, McKenna is helping shape the future of our design function. She provides direction across all visual outputs and supports the growth of additional team members, ensuring everything we produce reflects the level of care and quality AOco is known for.

Lauren Hassett
Project Management & Operations Lead

  • Lauren leads how work comes together at Amy Oliver + Co.

    She sits at the centre of our projects, systems, and team coordination, ensuring that everything is clear, structured, and moving forward. From the moment a project begins, Lauren brings order to the work, defining what needs to happen, who is responsible, and how each piece fits together.

    She works closely with our leadership team to translate priorities into practical, actionable workflows, building the systems that support consistent, high-quality delivery across the business. Whether it’s setting up a new client engagement, refining how we manage projects internally, or strengthening the tools our team relies on, Lauren ensures nothing is left unclear or unfinished.

    Known for her steady presence and thoughtful approach, Lauren brings both structure and care to her work. She has a way of keeping things moving while making people feel supported along the way, balancing detail with a clear view of the bigger picture.

    Her work allows the rest of the team to focus on what matters most, knowing the foundation behind it is strong, organized, and built to last.

Sarah Townsend, CPA, CMA
Lead, Financial Operations & Bookkeeping Practice Support

  • Sarah brings more than 16 years of experience as an accounting professional, combining deep technical expertise with a strong people-first approach to client service and team support. She holds a CPA, CMA designation and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), and has built her career supporting organizations through thoughtful financial leadership, training, and the development of practical business systems.

    Her background spans accounting support, customer success, and the design and implementation of bookkeeping and accounting software and business solutions. Sarah is known for her ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance, helping teams strengthen processes, remain compliant with GAAP standards, and make confident operational decisions.

    In addition to her accounting expertise, Sarah brings four years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, where she oversaw freight logistics and managed driver personnel in fast-paced, service-driven environments. This operational lens informs her work today, allowing her to approach challenges holistically and with a strong focus on efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth.

    Sarah has experience leading team and fostering collaborative, high-performing cultures grounded in clear communication and practical problem-solving. Creative, organized, and solutions-oriented, she thrives in dynamic environments where structure and flexibility must coexist.

    Outside of her professional work, Sarah is deeply involved in her community. She is passionate about supporting children and individuals with special needs, highly engaged in minor hockey as a team manager and tournament volunteer, and actively involved in her children’s school.

Larissa Kanhai, MBA, BA (Hons), B.Sc
Associate Consultant, EDIB

  • Larissa Kanhai is a strategic leader, community advocate, writer and speaker.  She is a sessional instructor with the University Manitoba and has recently published a national research study, “Bridging the Gender Gap”. With expertise in sustainability, anti-racism, and intersectional feminism, Larissa brings over 20 years of environmental and social governance (ESG) knowledge to her professional and volunteer endeavours.  Her professional philosophy is to always begin with values, to operate with integrity, and to meet clients where they are at.

    Larissa holds an MBA in Sustainability and Public Enterprise, a B.A. Hons in International Development, a B.Sc. in Biology, and has a non-profit background in social justice.  An ardent proponent of continuous learning, Larissa has training in anti-racism and inclusion, conflict resolution, project management, and GBA+. She has also been awarded PROSCI Change Management certification as well as a Blue Belt in Innovation Engineering.   

    Larissa is a skilled workshop facilitator, project manager, and researcher.  Her greatest impact is made through engagement and relationship building.  By exploring divergent thinking, Larissa has the skills to support behavioural and organizational change using an intersectional and decolonial lens.

    Larissa identifies as a cis-gender female, first-generation Canadian, and person of colour (pronouns: she/her/elle).

Sridhar Nair

Associate Consultant, Analytics

  • Sridhar Nair is an IT professional with experience in software development, business analysis, and project management. He has a background in managing cross-functional business operations and technology projects. He is passionate about helping solve business problems through technology and systems.

    Sridhar is skilled at assessing complex situations and problem-solving. Having worked in diverse international teams, he has developed an appreciation for complex dynamics. He is skilled at group facilitation and enjoys working with people with diverse perspectives.

    Sridhar holds an MBA with a specialization in Supply Chain Management and Marketing, a masters degree in computer applications and is lean six sigma green belt certified.

Dr. Carly Crewe, MD, CCFP
Senior Associate Consultant, Healthcare

  • Dr Carly Crewe is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to reduce mental health stigma and increase access to mental health resources and support. She helps organizations develop customized plans to support their networks by implementing best practices in mental health, professional wellness and psychological safety.

    Carly is a family physician, psychotherapist, business owner and entrepreneur with a special interest in mental health. She has practice experience across several provinces and in various healthcare delivery models. Her expertise and insights include practice optimization strategies and team and leadership dynamics. She is passionate about advancing women in leadership and provides executive mindset and life coaching for high performance women.

    Carly is also the CEO of Eunoia Medical, an innovative virtual mental health clinic for women working with a team of incredible female doctors to revolutionize mental health care for women. After opening her clinic in early 2021, Carly was able to grow her team and scale over 1000% in her first year of operation. She is knowledgable in the implementation of telemedicine for practice owners, streamlining technology to reduce workforce demand as well as clinic identity, online branding and marketing.

    Carly is also a bestselling author, podcast host and mental health content creator for online publications and organizations such as LifeSpeak.

Amy Hu, BScPhm, MHA, CHE
Senior Consultant, Hospitals and Health Agencies

  • Amy Hu is passionate about transforming healthcare through leadership that blends heart, rigour, and impact. A pharmacist by background and LEADS Certified Health Executive, Amy has spent her career helping hospitals and health systems create cultures where improvement and innovation thrive.

    With a master’s in health administration and extensive experience leading large-scale hospital initiatives, Amy has trained hundreds of leaders in quality and safety, guided teams through complex change, and built programs that strengthen psychological safety and just culture.

    Amy brings a unique ability to bridge strategy and practice, facilitating leadership workshops, coaching clinicians and executives, and helping organizations turn insight into sustainable action. She’s especially energized by supporting diverse women leaders, building communities of practice, and designing systems that make healthcare better for both patients and professionals.
