About Danielle

Dr. Danielle Paes is Chief Innovation Officer and Vice President, Global Affairs at Amy Oliver + Co, where she leads the firm’s expansion into new strategic arenas and global partnerships. In this role, Danielle builds bridges across sectors, strengthens AOco’s international presence, and develops a portfolio focused on innovation, advocacy, and impact.

A nationally recognized pharmacy leader, Danielle has built her career at the intersection of healthcare, policy, and system transformation. As former Chief Pharmacist Officer at the Canadian Pharmacists Association, she championed workforce sustainability, advanced practice innovation, and positioned pharmacy as an essential voice in primary care. Her leadership was recognized in 2024, when she was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women by WXN.

Danielle brings a unique blend of clinical experience, policy insight, and strategic foresight to AOco. She continues to contribute her expertise through national advisory committees, media and policy engagement, and ongoing community pharmacy practice. With a reputation for being both visionary and grounded, she is trusted by health leaders, institutions, and policymakers alike.

As Chief Innovation Officer; VP, Global Affairs, Danielle is expanding AOco’s core services including coaching, strategic planning, system transformation consulting, personal branding, public speaking, and healthcare sustainability into new regions. She leads the company’s global growth through strategic initiatives in partnerships, policy, and innovation, connecting leaders across borders, shaping health system transformation, and advancing new models for healthcare and pharmacy practice worldwide.

We bring health leaders together through forums, roundtables, and exchanges to share insights and drive innovation.
