Recruiting Workflow Overview

    • Signing of Amy Oliver & Co Contract

    • Hiring Manager (HM) is emailed the following to complete:

      • Recruitment Intake Form

      • Service Level Agreement (SLA)

    • Once the Recruitment Intake Form & SLA are submitted, the HM will receive a link to schedule the first meeting

    • During the meeting we will:

      • Review the completed Recruitment Intake Form for clarity and completeness

      • Build a recruitment strategy

    • AOco to coordinate Job Ads

    • HM collaborates with AOco to finalize the description

    • AOco handles most external postings

    • HM may need to post on specialized platforms (e.g., pharmacy association boards)

    • Common platforms include: LinkedIn, Company Website, Indeed, etc

    • AOco leverages professional networks:

      • Search through databases, social media platforms, and internal talent pools

      • Encourage team engagement through likes/shares on social media

    • Build an interview process strategy

    • Initial interviews conducted by AOco

    • Second interviews conducted by HM

      • Guidance and template provided by AOco

    • Reference Checks Conducted by HM

      • Guidance and template provided by AOCo

    • AOco can assist with negotiations and employment agreements if required

    • Support with generating an offer
