Hiring Manager (HM) is emailed the following to complete:
Recruitment Intake Form
Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Once the Recruitment Intake Form & SLA are submitted, the HM will receive a link to schedule the first meeting
During the meeting we will:
Review the completed Recruitment Intake Form for clarity and completeness
Build a recruitment strategy

AOco to coordinate Job Ads
HM collaborates with AOco to finalize the description
AOco handles most external postings
HM may need to post on specialized platforms (e.g., pharmacy association boards)
Common platforms include: LinkedIn, Company Website, Indeed, etc

AOco leverages professional networks:
Search through databases, social media platforms, and internal talent pools
Encourage team engagement through likes/shares on social media

Build an interview process strategy
Initial interviews conducted by AOco
Second interviews conducted by HM
Guidance and template provided by AOco
Reference Checks Conducted by HM
