Amy Oliver + Co. Corporate Social Responsibility Statement

At Amy Oliver + Co., we believe business success must be measured not only by financial results but also by the strength of the communities, people, and industries it uplifts. Corporate Social Responsibility is not separate from our work—it is part of who we are and how we show up every day.

1. Community Commitment

We exist to support healthcare practices so that they, in turn, can better support their communities. Our consulting is designed to make healthcare more sustainable, accessible, and resilient across Canada and beyond. We also dedicate time and expertise to pro bono initiatives, including international development projects in Zambia. This work supports women’s cooperatives and entrepreneurship programs that aim to lift women out of poverty and build lasting independence.

2. Environmental Stewardship

We recognise that healthcare and business decisions have environmental consequences. At AOco, we are on a journey to reduce our impact by operating primarily as a digital-first company, choosing partners who share our values, and continuing to explore ways to integrate sustainability into both our own practices and the advice we provide to clients.

We are trusted with sensitive financial and organizational information, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our approach is guided by transparency, accountability, and a commitment to continual improvement. While we may not be perfect, we strive to act with integrity in every decision, to learn from experience, and to always put the long-term success of our clients and partners at the forefront.

AOco is more than a workplace—it’s a community where people can truly thrive. We are proud to offer more than fairness: flexibility, meaningful work, room for growth, and a culture of care that makes our team feel seen and supported. We measure our success not just by the projects we deliver, but by how our team feels empowered to do excellent work while living full, balanced lives.

Giving back is central to our story. Amy Oliver, our founder, has travelled to Zambia on medical aid trips and continues to support women’s entrepreneurship and cooperative development there. She teaches in the MBA program at the Asper School of Business, equipping future leaders with practical skills and lessons from the field. Across our team, we also contribute time and expertise to local initiatives, from mentorship to volunteering, always seeking ways to strengthen the communities we live and work in.

Our Pledge

Corporate Social Responsibility at Amy Oliver + Co. is not a box to check—it’s a commitment to lead with integrity, invest in people, and make choices that leave a lasting impact. We pledge to keep building a business that grows alongside healthier communities, stronger leaders, and a more sustainable world.
